Mr. Miah
Teacher at Mount Pleasant Academy, loves English literature
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Mount Pleasant Academy
- Since 1978
- English, Bengali
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 48 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Miah
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Miah: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
