For 45 years I have been the English literature teacher at Chattogram Technical College. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mia: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
