Mr. Mercado
22 years teaching English literature in Manila
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Manila Boys' School
- Since 2008
- English, Filipino
Manila Boys' School is my second home. I teach English literature there since 2008, mostly the youngest children.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Mercado
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mercado: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me English literature in 2020 at Manila Boys' School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam
