For 38 years I have been the history teacher at Elmwood Boys' School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 2,280 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Mendoza
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Mendoza: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
