Mr. Mendoza
English literature and social studies teacher, San Francisco
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
- Lakeview Boys' School
- 1989 to 2004
- English
For 15 years I was the English literature teacher at Lakeview Boys' School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Mendoza
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mendoza: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
