Mr. Mendoza
15 years teaching agriculture in Houston
- 🇺🇸 Houston, Texas, United States
- Houston High School
- 1998 to 2019
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 21 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mendoza: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
