Mr. Mbwambo

Music and early years teacher, Mombasa

🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
Bamboo Middle School
2002 to 2021
English

I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.

More about Mr. Mbwambo

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mbwambo: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
