Mr. Mbwambo
27 years teaching mathematics in Kinondoni
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Liberty Secondary School
- 1980 to 1999
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 530 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mr. Mbwambo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mbwambo: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
