Mr. Mayer
Teacher at Mannheim High School, loves environmental science
- 🇩🇪 Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
- Mannheim High School

I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 15 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Mayer
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mayer: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
