Mr. Matthews
Retired drama teacher from Lakeview Secondary School
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Lakeview Secondary School
- 1986 to 2023
- English, Spanish
Lakeview Secondary School was my second home. I taught drama there from 1986 to 2023, mostly first-year students.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Matthews
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Matthews: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
