Mr. Martino
Accounting and computer science teacher, Rome
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Our Lady of Peace Middle School
- 2013 to 2024
- Italian
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 330 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Martino
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Martino: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me accounting in 2024 at Our Lady of Peace Middle School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Truly.
