For 35 years I was the home economics teacher at Bogotá Grammar School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm still learning every day.
