Mr. Marquez
Social studies and environmental science teacher, Cebu City
- 🇵🇭 Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
- Parkside Grammar School
- 1992 to 2018

I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Marquez
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Marquez: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
