Mr. Marchenko
13 years teaching biology in Yekaterinburg
- 🇷🇺 Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia
- Since 1981
- English, Ukrainian
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 45 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Mr. Marchenko
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Marchenko: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
