I taught economics at Lincoln Boys' School in Saint-Denis from 1985 to 2022. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
