I teach English literature at Phoenix Grammar School in Cologne since 1979. Most days I teach Year 10, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
