Mr. Mai
Retired chemistry teacher from Oakwood Primary School
- 🇻🇳 Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Oakwood Primary School
- 2011 to 2023
- English, Spanish
I taught chemistry at Oakwood Primary School in Hanoi from 2011 to 2023. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Mai
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
