Mr. MacKenna
Teacher at Eastgate Technical College, loves art
- 🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland
- Eastgate Technical College
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I taught art and Spanish at Eastgate Technical College, Dublin. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. MacKenna
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. MacKenna: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me art in 2025 at Eastgate Technical College. I still remember the snow day nobody expected. Greetings from Sacramento.
