Mr. Macharia
History and physical education teacher, Mwanza
- 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania
- Mwanza Middle School
- Since 1999
- English, Swahili
Mwanza Middle School is my second home. I teach history there since 1999, mostly teenagers.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Macharia
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Macharia: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
