Mr. Macharia

17 years teaching social studies in Jinja

  • 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
  • Our Lady of Peace Technical College
  • Since 1988
  • English, Swahili
I teach social studies at Our Lady of Peace Technical College in Jinja since 1988. Most days I teach Year 10, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Mr. Macharia

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
