Mr. Machado

18 years teaching home economics in Santos

  • 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Maple Ridge Boys' School
  • Since 1996
  • Portuguese
For 30 years I have been the home economics teacher at Maple Ridge Boys' School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

More about Mr. Machado

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
