Mr. Machado
Teacher at Porto Alegre Grammar School, loves chemistry
- 🇧🇷 Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- Porto Alegre Grammar School
- Since 1982
- English, Portuguese
I teach chemistry at Porto Alegre Grammar School in Porto Alegre since 1982. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Machado
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Machado: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
