Mr. Mabini
French teacher at Makati High School, Since 2001

- English, Filipino
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 25 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,050 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Mabini
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Mabini: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
