Mr. Ma
Spanish teacher at Unity Middle School, 1983 to 2002
- 🇺🇸 Savannah, Georgia, United States
- Unity Middle School
- 1983 to 2002
- English, Mandarin
I taught Spanish at Unity Middle School in Savannah from 1983 to 2002. Most days I taught Year 10, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Ma
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Ma: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
