Mr. Ly
37 years teaching history in Hải Phòng
- 🇻🇳 Hải Phòng, Hải Phòng, Vietnam
- Pioneer Secondary School
- Since 1985
- English, Vietnamese
For 41 years I have been the history teacher at Pioneer Secondary School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Ly
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ly: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me history in 2000 at Pioneer Secondary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
