Mr. Lubega
Music and chemistry teacher, Kasarani
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Kasarani High School
- 1992 to 2023
- English
For 31 years I was the music teacher at Kasarani High School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Lubega
If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Mr. Lubega: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

you taught me music in 2003 at Kasarani High School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
