Mr. Lopes

Chemistry teacher at Stonebridge Secondary School, Since 2000

  • 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Stonebridge Secondary School
  • Since 2000
  • Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Mr. Lopes

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
