I teach English literature at Maple Ridge Technical College in Soweto since 2010. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mr. Lombard
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
