For 16 years I have been the biology teacher at Jakarta Girls' School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Mr. Lie: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
