I taught history at Sacramento Public School in Sacramento from 2017 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 470 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
