I teach environmental science at Iztapalapa Primary School in Iztapalapa since 1991. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Lara
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
