Mr. Lara
Religious studies and music teacher, Rockford
- 🇺🇸 Rockford, Illinois, United States
- Rockford Technical College
- Since 1992
- English, Spanish
Rockford Technical College is my second home. I teach religious studies there since 1992, mostly Grade 4.
Over the years I've had 1,600 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Lara
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Lara: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
