I teach geography at Khon Kaen Girls' School in Khon Kaen since 2003. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I play music while people worked.
Over the years I've had 1,360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Laohakul
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Laohakul: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
