Mr. Kumarasinghe
Retired English literature teacher from Bamboo Grammar School
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Bamboo Grammar School
- 2015 to 2025
- English, Sinhala
I taught English literature at Bamboo Grammar School in Colombo from 2015 to 2025. Most days I taught teenagers, and I learned every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Kumarasinghe
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
