Mr. Kumar
Teacher at Austin Academy, loves history
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States

I teach history at Austin Academy in Austin since 1985. Most days I teach Grade 4, and my door is open at lunch.
Over the years I've had 1,930 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Kumar
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Kumar: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
