Mr. Kovalev
Taught geography at Saint Petersburg Academy
- 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
- Saint Petersburg Academy
- 1989 to 2004
- English, Ukrainian
I taught geography at Saint Petersburg Academy in Saint Petersburg from 1989 to 2004. Most days I taught Year 10, and my door was open at lunch.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Kovalev
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Kovalev: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

I was in your Year 10 class in 1996. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Ikeja.
