For 19 years I have been the design and technology teacher at Hope Middle School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 630 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Kovalchuk
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me design and technology in 2019 at Hope Middle School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
