Mr. Koval
Early years and geography teacher, Kyiv
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Kyiv Boys' School
- 1988 to 1999
- English, Ukrainian, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 240 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Koval
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me early years in 2011 at Kyiv Boys' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
