St. Joseph's Middle School was my second home. I taught drama there from 1978 to 1990, mostly the youngest children.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
