I teach English literature at Novosibirsk Technical College in Novosibirsk since 1997. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 610 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
