Mr. Kimaro

15 years teaching geography in Mbale

  • 🇺🇬 Mbale, Eastern Region, Uganda
  • Mbale Boys' School
  • Since 2007
  • English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.

More about Mr. Kimaro

If you were in my Year 7 class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
