For 20 years I have been the French teacher at Kassel Boys' School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
