Mr. Kato

Biology teacher at Bayview Secondary School, 1983 to 2001

I taught biology at Bayview Secondary School in Mombasa from 1983 to 2001. Most days I taught Year 9, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Kato: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
