Mr. Kato
36 years teaching computer science in Shinjuku
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Shinjuku Boys' School
- 1990 to 2004
- English, Japanese
Shinjuku Boys' School was my second home. I taught computer science there from 1990 to 2004, mostly Year 10.
I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Kato
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Kato: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
