I teach mathematics at Phoenix Grammar School in Setagaya since 2008. Most days I teach primary school children, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 320 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
