Mr. Kartika
History and Spanish teacher, Depok
- 🇮🇩 Depok, West Java, Indonesia
- Since 1996
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 30 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.

What gifts mean to Mr. Kartika: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me history in 2019 at Depok Technical College. I still remember the snow day nobody expected. Truly.
