I taught drama at Eastgate Girls' School in Nairobi from 2000 to 2019. Most days I taught first-year students, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
