Mr. Karanja
Music teacher at Pioneer Boys' School, 1986 to 2019
- 🇺🇬 Gulu, Northern Region, Uganda
- Pioneer Boys' School

- English, Swahili
I taught music at Pioneer Boys' School in Gulu from 1986 to 2019. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Karanja
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
