Mr. Karanja
Early years teacher at Nairobi High School, 1989 to 2021
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- 1989 to 2021
- English, Swahili
For 32 years I was the early years teacher at Nairobi High School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Karanja
If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

you taught me early years in 2024 at Nairobi High School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Greetings from Tlaquepaque.
