I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 44 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,580 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Kang
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

I'm a architect now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Toledo.

You taught me chemistry in 1994 at Harbor Girls' School. I still remember the end-of-term party
